What the name covers
Kokapet, and the addresses people mean by it
Kokapet is a revenue village in Gandipet mandal, Rangareddy district. The name is used loosely in marketing. A tower advertised as Kokapet may stand on the village survey numbers off Pipeline Road, on the Golden Mile Road frontage, or on a parcel that borders Narsingi. Reading the survey number on the sale agreement settles the address. The brochure cover does not.
The practical difference for a buyer is parcel size, and it shows in the inventory below. The larger parcels carry multi-tower schemes with the amenity programme spread across a podium and sky levels. The older side, on Pipeline Road and the village survey numbers, carries single towers and boutique counts on smaller land. Density, clubhouse size and the number of homes sharing a lift core all follow from that.
Kokapet adjoins Financial District at Nanakramguda, and buyers shortlist the two together. They are separate localities under separate revenue villages.
